AS long as there is life, Africans will continue making a difference in all ramifications. For many years now, there have been so much thought about building cars that will work without fuel not knowing that some one some where was already making plans on that note to introduce something new. In case you have not heard, this is an electric vehicle, built by Ugandan college students with most of the parts designed and constructed locally. I also know that Nigerians can also make this difference if only they have the opportunity to do so. It is unfortunate!Oh, I forgot that there is little or no research budget available for Nigerian Universities due to years of government neglect. i just hope that something will be done soon to encourage education here in Nigeria
